Britney Exits Hospital via Tunnel Day After K-Fed Gets Sole Custody of Kids

UPDATE: Escorted by Dr. Phil, Britney on Saturday morning left Cedars-Sinai via an underground tunnel, ET Online reports, and is/was on her way home to Beverly Hills. Sources tell Us, however, that Spears U-turned upon spying mobs of paparazzi on her street. The judge handling the custody dispute between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline on Friday afternoon granted her ex-husband sole legal and physical custody of their two tykes, Jayden James and Sean Preston, TMZ reports, with Britney's already scant visitation rights "suspended pending further order of the court." A hearing will be held Jan. 14 to determine the case's next steps, given the spectacular developments of Thursday night. According to People, although his client now has full custody, Federline's attorney says he is "not happy about any of the events that have happened," adding, "there are no winners here."
