Lawyer: Russell Armstrong to be cremated, ashes to be divided
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars Lisa Vanderpump, Camille Grammer, Adrienne Maloof, and Kyle and Kim Richards taped the special on Monday, according to the paper.
