But it still had a whopping debut
Jurassic World continued its reign at the box office this weekend, raking in a whopping $102 million in its second week and retaining the top spot over Pixar's new release Inside Out, Box Office Mojo reports.
Inside Outcame in at No. 2 with an impressive $91 million, which is the second largest opening weekend ever for Pixar (behind Toy Story 3).
Spy and San Andreas each dropped a spot to Nos. 3 and 4 with $10.5 million and $8.2 million, respectively. The Sundance hit Dope opened in fifth place with $6 million.
At No. 6 was Insidious Chapter 3 with $4.1 million, followed by Pitch Perfect 2 with $3.3 million.
Rounding out the Top 10 were Mad Max: Fury Road (No. 8, $2.8 million), Avengers: Age of Ultron (No. 9, $2.7 million) and Tomorrowland (No. 10, $2 million).
