Bill Cosby is refuting the claims that he sexually assaulted a woman at the Playboy Mansion in 2008, and he says he has proof, TMZ reports.

On Dec. 16, Chloe Gains came forward alleging that Cosby gave her a drink at a party at the Playboy Mansion. The next thing she knew, she was naked in a bedroom as he masturbated and sucked her toes. She was 18 at the time.

Goins filed a police report with the Los Angeles Police Department earlier this week, even though the statute of limitations for sexual assault is six years. Despite the many allegations made against Cosby in recent months, Goins was one of the few whose case was close to the statute of limitations.

Cosby's lawyer, Marty Singer, tells TMZ that his client has flight and telephone records clearly showing that Cosby was in New York City, more than 2,000 miles away from the Mansion, on the alleged date of the attack, Aug. 9, 2008.

Cosby's team will be "providing documentary evidence to the appropriate authorities which conclusively establishes Mr. Cosby's whereabouts on August 9th," Singer told the site.
