Arnold Schwarzenegger does not want to pay soon-to-be-ex-wife Maria Shriver's spousal support or lawyer fees, as stated in a recent legal filing, according to  The Associated Press.

But before you start crying for Shriver, keep in mind that because she and Schwarzenegger don't have a prenup, she stands to receive half of his assets. Schwarzenegger's net worth has been "conservatively" estimated to be somewhere in the vicinity of $100 million to $200 million. Also, since the couple is expected to have an out-of-court settlement anyway,  the point may be moot.

However, Schwarzenegger is expected to pay child support for the couple's four children, which could be a hefty sum in itself. His divorce filing, which was performed on Wednesday, echoes Shriver's initial petition from earlier this month in that they both seek joint custody of their kids.
