Ariana Grande's Brother Frankie Learns of Grandfather's Death Inside the Big Brother House

Frankie Grande, brother of singer and actress Ariana Grande and a contestant on the current cycle of the CBS reality series, learned about his grandfather's death and his reaction was broadcast online to the world.

Frankie Grande, brother of singer and actress Ariana Grande and a contestant on the current cycle of the CBS reality series, learned about his grandfather's death and his reaction was broadcast online to the world.
Grande's grandfather, Frank, passed away on Tuesday after losing a battle with cancer. One of Frank's dying wishes was to keep the secret from Frankie so he wouldn't quit the show to be with family, according to TMZ.
But the producers of the show intervened and passed Frankie a letter from his family revealing his grandfather's death. Frankie read the letter and broke down in tears. It's unclear who made the call to tell Frankie.
