The 13-episode miniseries, which currently has no set premiere date, starsDavid Duchovny as an undercover cop tracking Charles Manson (Gethin Anthony) and his followers in the 19060s. Holt will play Charmain Tully, a police officer who's fighting to be taken seriously in the misogynistic world of law enforcement.

Holt is best known for the role of Rebekah Mikaelson on The Vampire Diaries and The Originals, but she left her series regular role on the spin-off during its first season. However, Holt does appear in the trailer for the CW drama's second season.
