The cast of American Horror Story: Apocalypse just exploded with a bunch of returning AHS favorites.

Co-creator Ryan Murphy revealed on Twitter Tuesday that Taissa Farmiga, Gabourey Sidibe, Lily Rabe and Frances Conroy will all be back for the eighth season, as will music icon Stevie Nicks.

"So thrilled the family is back together again!" Murphy said.

Apocalypse will be a crossover of some sort between the Murder House and Coven seasons, so presumably some of these ladies will be reprising one (or both!) of their previous roles. Rabe appeared on Hotel and Roanoke. Sidibe was on Coven, Freak Show and Hotel. Farmiga was on Murder House and Coven as well as Roanoke. Conroy has appeared on every season except Hotel.

And Stevie Nicks, the Fleetwood Mac singer and icon of witchiness, made a memorable appearance as the White Witch, a fictionalized version of herself, on Coven. So maybe she'll be herself again.

Other cast members include Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Jessica Lange, Kathy Bates, Emma Roberts, Billie Lourd and Adina Porter.

American Horror Story: Apocalypse premieres Wednesday, Sept. 12 at 10/9c on FX.
