86-year-old Miss America Gets Shown Some TLC

Five months after CMT broke up with Miss America, the TLC cable channel has acquired rights to the super-smiley event, and will air it for the next three years starting Jan. 26, live from the Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas.According to the Hollywood Reporter, TLC will also launch a reality series in conjunction with the pageant, which will follow the 52 wannabes as they ready for the delicious catfight competition.
