Bahusaheb Nangre head of Kategaon village also a womanizer who wants to keep the poor down trodden villagers under his control in poverty.He gets fascinated by beauty of Kamla and appoints her as her teacher in his village by firing respected teacher Kamble Guruji.His son Arjun returns to village who has gained international fame for him in wrestling.Bahusaheb wants him to marry Leela daughter of his Diwanji against his wishes but Arjun develops liking for Kamla.Arjun soon finds how his father has kept villagers in poverty and ill treats them he fights for right of villagers and lives their lifestyle also disagrees to marry Leela following which Bahusaheb asks him to leave the house .Arjun decides to marry Kamla but she isn't ready for it and soon wants to leave the village.
