Kathir (Bharath) is an IT graduate and happy go lucky guy whose goal is to settle down in the US. Contrary to his thoughts and ambitions, his father Pandian (Sampath) lives in village and plans to arrange marriage for him. The story takes the romance track when Kathir meets Nisha (Rima Kallingal) at the US Consulate where are applying for a visa. Soon after some misunderstanding and some song sequences Kathir falls in love with Nisha. But they split after his father misunderstands their relationship. Few months later, they meet up again in a foreign land and what happen next forms the rest of the romantic journey.
