Set in Taipei. With newscasts announcing that the end of the world is imminent, two slackers -- a rock musician and a carpentry teacher -- decide it's time to take action. They're joined by a young Russian woman, with whom they launch a virtual Noah's Ark on the web. The site becomes so successful that the trio's activities come to the attention of space aliens.
