Chico's name may translate as "boy," but he learns a lot about being a man when things get loco in the barrio. Trying to earn money, Chico turns to the drug game. Getting involved with lifelong criminals, he soon discovers how destructive their methods can be. A hit man kills Chico's cousin and his wife causing this rookie dealer to finish a bloody street war he didn't start. Vengeance and murder are the only rules when Chico, a dealer new to the trade gets in over his head. After a deal goes bad, Chico is forced to sell his house to his cousin to pay back drug dealer Dino. Still $20,000 short, Chico plans a deadly robbery but time has run out and Dino sends a hit man to Chicos' house to collect his money. When the hit man mistakenly kills Chico's cousin and his wife, the battle becomes a full blown war and Chico won't stop until Dino pays.
