Unlike other wolves Loopy de Loop is gallant, romantic, unselfish, charming...and totally inept. In this version of Little Red Ridng Hood, he uses his most suave Gallic manner in his pursuit of Petite Red, which does not impress Little Miss Petite but does make her grandmother fall in love with him.
