In a zombie-infested Japan, Rika, an infected intern, cares for genius Rei and sister Yuna. Yuna turns a zombie; Rika and Rei flee. Rika suggests escaping abroad with Takashiba for hope; Rei wants to return home. At Rei's, they face a transformed Yuna's confession. Amid the despair, is hope alive?
