Three close childhood friends reunite in Athens after years of estrangement. They aspire to create a comfortable life, hoping to leave behind the challenging years they spent abroad, working hard to make a living. So, after careful consideration, they come up with a promising business idea that could set them up for life. Instead, they find that plans always look good on paper. Then, brimming with anticipation and hope, the companions approach the fourth member of their group, a well-connected lawyer, only to realise that their old friend has betrayed their ideals. As serious misunderstandings and the absurdities of Greek reality get in the way of making their dreams come true, they discover the bitter truth: We are all on our own in this world.
