He drives an expensive red sports car. He plays American football. He probably even smokes cigars. Alex is the typical insecure overachiever. But while others would settle for one disposable girlfriend at a time, Alex has two too many - a (literally) explosive situation that catapults Alex into a world populated exclusively by women. Worse yet, they all seem to think that he's a woman, too. Which is annoying when his best buddy - once Silvio, now Silvia - starts hitting on him; but not so annoying when he runs into Paula again, a pretty, down-to-earth young woman who doesn't see the world according to bodies and primary sexual organs, but according to the spirit inside the body. Paula is particularly moved when Alex takes a liking to her grandma, who suffers from dementia and discovers, through Alex, a love of life she had nearly forgotten. While this helps bring Paula and Alex together, Alex has to accept that in a world full of women, precious few revolve around him.
