Femi is a British Nigerian teenager living with his father in a London council estate, recovering from an acid attack that has left him scarred and self-conscious. His fear of how people will treat him based on he now looks forces him to go outside only at night when no one else is around, playing basketball alone in the court outside his block. However, when temptation gets the better of him and he ventures outside during the day, Femi must reconnect with those around him to find peace with his affliction.
