In a 1930's performance theater, Trista, a girl with amazing vocal capabilities but a large birthmark on her cheek, has to provide singing voice to Rebecca, a beautiful and arrogant dancer who has to rely on lip-sync. One day, their boss Richard informs them that Irma, the legendary singer is coming to town to scout for supporting vocalists. This is a rare chance for them to prove themselves. However, this time the curtain might not be enough to shield shy Trista from the pressure of performing in front of a true star.
