Loco and Riot are leaders of two rival gangs Los Locos and La 213 in the inner hood of Los Angeles. When Loco s little brother decides to step into the territory of La 213 all hell will break loose and in no time both rival gangs will face each other in a bloody confrontation. Loco manages to escape with his girlfriend Mia and other gang members to an abandon hospital where they will be forced to fight a crazy drug dealer named Tweaker and face the imminent return of Riot.
