People should be defined by their ability not their disability. In the music industry and most other industries, disabled people are poorly represented; sidelined, discriminated against and often invisible in some circumstances. The British Paraorchestra, the world's first orchestra for professional musicians with disabilities exists to confront this issue. This orchestra proves that world-class music at the highest level can be achieved by anyone, disabled or able-bodied. In this film you will see the journey of the British Paraorchestra as they gear up to perform a world first integrated performance with one of the most infamous orchestra's, the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra at the world class Birmingham Symphony Hall.
