A young woman is sexually assaulted on campus and becomes pregnant. She then goes on a journey to find out, if the rape was "legitimate." The film is Inspired by Senate Candidate Todd Akins response to a question on rape exceptions for abortion during his campaign: "First of all, from what I understand from doctors, that's really rare. If it's a legitimate rape, the female body has ways to try to shut that whole thing down."
