The movie tells the story on how the Republican was created and the challenges it went through to become a famous Political Party. It started when Charlie moved in to Washington DC, where he met Charlie and Boris. Together they would create one of the biggest Political Party, using only $15, but together they are able to establish a strong foundation and create The Republican.
