Gustavo and Vanessa separate and have to review the projects they have in common. They are both yoga teachers. Gustavo is Argentinean, Vanesa, Chilean. Vanesa takes the apartment and leaves the studio they shared; Gustavo is left without a house. Due to the accumulated stress, Gustavo injures his knee and replaces yoga with quadriceps exercises and the gym. His life becomes a world of students and alumni. Until, little by little, he finds his way back to practice.
