It Is a picturing forth of a dream of a man who has evidently been eating Welsh rarebits. He attempts to enter a cab and it shrinks in size until it does not reach above his shoe-tops. A railway train shrinks in the same manner, and several other incidents of this order nearly set him wild, when he finally is seen tumbling out of his bed.
