Andrea Oya is a no nonsense, hard nose detective who goes all in for her job. As tough as she is there is a soft side that she barely shows. Hesitantly she team up with Samantha Curry a beautiful and brainy Special Agent for the FBI. Together they try and solve a string of violent murders in the city. Black women and children are being targeted, slain and disfigured. On each body the killer leaves a mark, a message per say as if to taunt them. The two battle to bring peace, order and justice to the city. As they face unfathomed danger and peril, they bond and a friendship is born that displays strength, power and the essence of true sisterhood. They make each other's weakness, their own strength and face the evil head of them head on. Together the are TEN TOES DOWN for each other.
