The Market
The Market is a gangster movie about 4 Wall Street bond traders who crash the market on purpose to make $12.6 billion. Based on the hit play by Bobby Del Rio, the feature film version features two leads from the original cast (from the play). Clint (Kyle McDonald) is the sociopathic leader of a tight-knit group of traders in their 20s (Bear Schaal, Edsson Morales) - who plan a multi-billion dollar financial heist. When the innocent Ewan (Julian DeZotti) joins the team, the boys find the missing piece of the puzzle. This movie analyzes the power dynamics between men, and reveals the dark side of the finance industry.
