Alibakhsh is a young Afghan man working in Iran. Concerned that he hasn't heard from his family or his wife Shahgol in a while, and with the threat of an American attack looming over the region, Alibakhsh decides to make the long trek home. The journey though is fraught with ups and downs, and as Alibakhsh tries to discover the fate of his family, he finds he may just discover something about himself as well.
