Irish Assassin Declan Finn commits to a final job in a small New England hamlet after his mother's murder. Arriving in the town to uncover a conspiracy that leads all the way back to City Hall. Complications arise when the town's mayor solicits the services of Finn's sadistic former mentor, Le Morte. With the help of local reporter Brian McCartney, Finn is forced to confront his past in order to find his future and reveal the dark truths lurking at the upper echelons of a seemingly tranquil town.
