The Good Soldier Schweik
When the First World War breaks out in 1914, Josef Schwejk, a dog dealer in Prague, joins the Imperial and Royal Army. Army. From the malingerer's barracks, he joins First Lieutenant Lukas, who proves himself to be a ladies' man far away from the firing line. When he gets him a dog, Schwejk makes a mistake and they are both sent to the front, where further exciting adventures await Schwejk.
