The Case of the High Foot

In 1930s Germany Hilda Stolf visits her very peculiar doctor, complaining of 'high foot', a third foot growing under her skirt. The doctor tries to dislodge the foot by punching Hilda, who hits him back before they both tell jokes and he announces that he is not going to do anything to remedy it. Then they both fall over.
