During the summer in Ontario, Canada, three teenage friends, Kyle (Dominic Zamprogna), Brad (Stuart Stone) and Eric (Devon Sawa), have a secret clubhouse in the woods away from the pressures of growing up where they can talk and laugh about anything that they want. One of the boys, Kyle has an ambition of being a airline pilot. His older brother, Jake (Jarred Blancard) is a arrogant jerk who doesn't treat Kyle well. Kyle has a crush on a pretty girl, Megan (Amy Stewart) and wants to ask her out. Then one day, the boys come back to their clubhouse and they discover an older man named Luke (Chris Penn), a mysterious fugitive who has taken shelter in their clubhouse, his leg is bleeding and he has a gun.
