Ted Healy is the inept President and Author of the Big Idea Scenario Company, whose motto is, "Ideas While You Wait." His office is used more as a throughfare for others, including three stooges providing musical interludes and a few fountains, than it is as an office where he is working on his own Big Idea before going to meet his girlfriend Honey for a date. Relaying the scenario to the office cleaning woman, Ted imagines the idea as a radio show and its successful aftermath. Honey has a different perspective of what his Big Idea is.
