Max (Cassel), a thirty-something Parisian, has decided somewhat reluctantly to settle down and get married. But then a chance sighting of his great lost love sends him into a spin and sets off a whirlwind chain of events involving a beautiful yet mysterious girl, an older man, chic Parisian settings, a healthy dose of voyeurism and, of course, the emblematic apartment at the centre of it all.
