Mumbai's ACP Sadanand Baruah along with several Narcotics Division officers raid a dance party and apprehend several suspects. All of them are transported to Mohandas (Ghatkopar) and J.J. Hospital where tests are carried out to verify if they had been taking drugs. Out of the suspects, four male and a female (Rizwan Hussain, Rishi Acharya, Matthews, Alan and Shweta) are asked to stay over to identify the body of a deceased suspect, which turns out to be that of Adinath Deewan. The group is shocked when told that an autopsy of the body has revealed that the death occurred due to 'banned substance' abuse. The group, including the deceased's brother, Sanjay, all deny that Adinath ever took drugs - and the police set out to investigate how he ended up at this party, and why he subsequently died of the aforementioned cause.
