Teenage Strangler
A misogynist serial killer strangulates young women and marks the foreheads of his victims with lipstick. At some point, the killer stole a club jacket from a local drag-racing gang and started wearing it in public. The police consider the gang's leader Jimmy Walton to be a prime murder suspect, in part because he refuses to explain his whereabouts at the time of the murders. Jimmy had secret meetings with his girlfriend during some of the murders, but he does not want her parents to know that she has been sneaking out at night. The killer instead turns out to be a disgraced teacher who was fired for supposedly sexually harassing a female student. He claims that he was framed and blames women for ruining his career.
