Mohan, the eldest son of a middle-class family, believes that he should be superior in everything. He falls in love with Radha and they get married, but issues arise when his wife is forced to go out to work as his job doesn't pay enough. The fact that his wife is more successful strains their relationship and he ends up doing odd jobs to earn more money.
