The new camp director at North Pines (Chuck Connors) imposes a strict set of rules upon the camp which prompts one counselor, Reilly, to challenge him, ultimately inspiring a revolution. But when the revolution turns to murder and Reilly goes too far, the campers take things into their own hands.
