The first of the new season's talking animal shorts shows a change in treatment as the animals do all the talking in a street and cafe scene in Mexico. Trained dogs provide entertainment, tend bar, wait on canine customers and make the most of the dialogue. There's a rendition of "Rancho Grande," Mexican hat dance and a Conga finale to round out the entertainment.
