Somebody Up There Likes Me

Rocky Barbella's endured abuse through his young life, First, from his father, and it later run-ins with the law lead him in and out of detention centers and prisons. When it seems he has it together, Rocky's drafted but, refusing to follow Army rules, goes AWOL. He takes up boxing, but when he discovers he has a talent in the ring, his confidence grows to pursue his love interest, and fulfill his potential as a fighter.
