The century old shop "Tong Shun Xiang" operated by the Liu family has inherited its unique ice crystal cake making process from generation to generation. However, the father Liu Tingshen has been unwilling to pass on the secret recipe to his son Liu Jiansan, causing misunderstandings and estrangement between the father and son. In a fit of anger, Jiansan chose to leave his father and go out to fight. Years later, due to his father's serious illness, Jiansan returned home to visit and finally discovered that the secret his father had hidden for many years was actually related to him.
