Signed, Sealed, Delivered: To the Altar

It's one week until Norman and Rita's wedding, and things are falling apart. One by one, many vendors have had to pull their service for one reason or another leaving the couple to scramble for replacements. Rita already knows that her mother will not be there in Sunny having unexpectedly passed away, but Norman doesn't know that Rita has been unable to locate his one and only biological relative, his grandmother who therefore also will not be there. And Oliver, having no concept of a bachelor party, has to organize Norman's at the last minute in having forgot about it. One person who at least is thinking about marriage herself without having even been asked is Shane, who, against protocol, wants to purchase an item that would have gone into the postal service's unclaimed items month end auction, namely a custom wedding dress, the box in which it was being shipped destroyed except for the commemorative stamps. Shane being able to own that dress changes when she discovers not only that it has a pocket, but that there is a letter in said pocket from the sender to the intended recipient, her daughter, the dress worn so far by two generations in their family, the daughter to be the third. The mother states that it is too dangerous for them to be together on the special day but that she will be there in spirit. As the team tries to discover the identity of the daughter to get the dress to her hopefully by the wedding and as they prepare for Norman and Rita's nuptials, Oliver can't help but contemplate whether there truly is a future for him and Shane.
