Jane Wyman and Ronald Reagan are commiserating about their respective golf games and what they perhaps are doing wrong. Ronny hopes to get some pointers from the world record holder for the longest drive, Jimmy Thomson, who is more than happy to show Ronny some of the basics in correcting both his hook and his slice, how to hit out of the rough and a sand trap properly, and how to do a short chip shot. Meanwhile, Jane gets some lessons of her own from Jack Redmond, who shows her how to impress Ronny by doing some trick maneuvers.
