A poor Italian science-fiction effort which dredges up the tired plot concerning scientists trying to save the Earth before a wild asteroid collides with it while doing absolutely nothing to enliven it. Stuart heads the team that meets the asteroid and blows it out of the heavens before it can reach Earth. Special effects rank high, as do the relatively imaginative sets, but the script and dubbing both are so poor that they nullify the good points.
