"Peru" Ex Agent Bentley is now living in various parts of South America hiding from his past. Special Agent Jay travels to Peru to search for his ex-partner to convince him to come back to America to turn himself in for his crimes. What Agent Jay does not know is Bentley was anticipating this. When Agent Jay shows up to Peru he begins to ask too many questions.
