Nataraja is a thief who falls for Sahana at first sight, but she is unlucky for everyone who is close to her. Sanju proposes to her even though he knows about her luck. She accepts, and as expected, he is hurt in a car crash. His father decides to kill her to regain his son's health as proposed by his Guruji. Nataraja and Sahana meet again. Nataraja is scared of her because of the crash. He takes her to a Muslim priest to remove her unluckiness, and she falls for him. She reveals her love for him and he reciprocates.Sanju's father arrives to take Sahana as his daughter-in-law because Sanju is still speaking her name while in a coma. Nataraja sends her to Sanju, saying he is poor and cannot look after her. Nataraja is arrested for fighting the police while saving Sahana from them, Sanju says she is unlucky and refuses to marry her. Sahana angrily says Nataraja is better than him and cured her unluckiness. She goes to jail to meet him. Nataraja accepts her, but asks "What is your name?", for which she slaps him and says "My name is Sahana.
