Sophia shifts to Dubai after she is attacked by a rapist in Goa where she rents house with wealthy Karan Oberoi who proposes her for marriage.Sophia accepts his proposal but prior to her wedding she meets a struggling actor Vicky and they both fall in love on the day of her wedding she ditches Karan at the altar and decides to be with Vicky.Karan who cant take the embarrassment commits suicide and Sophia blames herself for it but Vicky revels that its him who should be blamed for death of Karan.Karan tells Sophia that a director name Rohit Shroff wanted to make a film on Karan's life and hired him to enter Sophia's life,Sophia then insists Vicky to meet Rohit Shroff but he turns out to be none other then Karan himself.
