When his beloved wife dies in childbirth, life becomes complicated for a schoolmaster, so when he finally agrees to marry again, they start searching for a bride. They finally find a deaf-mute girl whose parents are very poor and can't afford to marry off their sweet daughter. So he marries her and she is willing to love the baby like her own, but she cannot even hear the baby cry. How the schoolmaster treats her and helps her overcome her disability through scientific ways and how he starts a school for such special children even in his poverty is the flavor of this film.
