Rajan is an educated man living with his middle class family but being well educated does not want to work for small sum and dreams big.He joins his friend Satya who extorts money for gangster Rana and soon starts working for him and becomes his trusted aide.Rajan attacks Rana when he starts eyeing his girlfriend Jyoti following which he wants him dead.Satya then introduces Rajan to Rana's rival Jaleel and he starts working for him and thus becomes a known name in world of crime and earns lot of money but looses his loved ones.
