When Henry loses his beloved wife Claire, it raises tension between him and his son, who took Claire off of her life support. Alone, angry and heartbroken Henry breaks down. But soon after he is overjoyed when he discovers that Claire has miraculously returned to him. Too happy to question the reality of it, Henry enjoys being reunited with his loved one. However, Eric soon finds out and, believing that this 'hallucination' is unhealthy, decides to move Henry out of the house. Knowing that leaving the house would mean leaving Claire, Henry decides to kill himself by overdosing on prescription pills in order to be with his wife forever. Eric finds him just in time and, with the help of Claire, manages to save his father. Upon Claire's insistence that she is going to be with him forever, Henry decides to finally move out of the house with Eric, thus healing and moving on in his life.
